Additionally, as your agent, I will strive to make the process of analyzing offers, dealing with legal issues, paperwork and the closing as smooth as possible.         

Comparative Market Analysis

One of the first steps to educating oneself about the real estate market is to have a Comparative Market Analysis performed by a licensed real estate agent.

By scheduling a CMA, we can help determine the fair market value of your home based on similar sales in the area. 


A CMA takes into account factors such as the property's age, condition, features, and lot size in addition to the square footage, number of bedrooms and number of baths.
